What does Gildi do when a raid starts?

When 10 accounts join within 30 seconds, Gildi pauses joins and tells the mods. The newcomers are held in quarantine and new joins stay paused for 10 minutes until you reopen them.

How do I make a flow?

Open Flows in the dashboard and start from a template or a blank flow. Pick a trigger, add conditions, messages, roles and waits, then test it before you publish.

How long are logs kept?

Logs are kept for 3 days on Free, 30 days on Plus and 90 days on Pro.

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of a yearly renewal, you get your money back in full. Otherwise refunds are considered case by case, and consumer rights still apply.

Can I bring levels over from MEE6?

Yes. Levels can import everyone's XP from MEE6 once, and your old bot keeps working until you remove it.

What permissions does Gildi need?

What its modules use: read and send messages, manage messages for moderation, manage roles for welcome roles and quarantine, and view the audit log for logs. Turn a module off and you can take its permission away.

What happens after 10,000 flow runs?

Flows keep running up to 15,000, so one busy month doesn't cut you off. Then they pause until the 1st of next month and Gildi lets you know. Modules keep working the whole time.

Can members pay for server currency?

No. On every plan, server currency is earned by taking part. It can't be bought with money or cashed out, and Gildi has no gambling games.
