What it does

• /faq — answers members from your own FAQ. Send us your questions and answers and we load them for you, usually the same day.
• /ask — routes real questions to a private thread or staff channel. No mass DMs.
• /setup — connect your welcome channel, staff channel and staff role in under a minute.

How it works

1. Add ServerDesk with the invite link. No payment up front.
2. Run /setup.
3. Email your FAQ and server ID to [email protected]; we load it, usually the same day.
4. After the 7-day trial, keep it for $19/mo per server — pay from /help so payment links to your server. Cancel anytime; full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
