The daily rhythm is body doubling, meaning voice or video rooms where people work in parallel because it is easier than starting alone, plus check-in channels, shared task lists and a lot of mutual frustration about executive function, medication shortages and diagnosis waiting lists.

They differ in tone. Some are structured, with timed focus sprints and accountability partners; others are casual chat where the diagnosis is simply the thing everyone has in common.
