Best Sid Meier's Civilization VI Discord Servers

Civilization VI servers, written Civ 6 or Civ VI, mainly solve the multiplayer problem. Games take hours, so communities run play-by-cloud and play-by-email lobbies where everyone takes turns on their own schedule, alongside scheduled live games with agreed rules on early rushes, diplomacy and reloading saves.

The rest is strategy and mods: deity-level advice, leader and civ tier lists, district planning arguments, and channels for mod collections and Gathering Storm rulesets. If you are new to multiplayer, look for a server that flags beginner lobbies, since established groups play with house rules and a pace that assumes you know the ruleset.
