Best Fighting Game Community Discord Servers

FGC Discord servers are how the fighting game community actually organizes. Matchmaking channels get you sets in Street Fighter, Tekken, Guilty Gear, Mortal Kombat, Smash or whatever the server plays, usually sorted by region so rollback holds up. Character subchannels carry combo routes, frame data and matchup notes.

The other function is events: local and online tournament announcements, brackets, the regional scene using its Discord as a home base, and majors streamed with everyone reacting at once. Beginners are better served by a server with a labbing or newcomer channel, where asking how to anti-air gets an answer instead of a shrug.
