Best Science Discord Servers

Science servers range from study halls to genuine discussion communities. The study-focused ones staff channels by subject, help with problem sets and lab reports, and often have members who teach or research for a living. The discussion-focused ones follow new papers, space missions and preprints, and will happily spend a day arguing about methodology.

Some are single-field, covering only astronomy, neuroscience or chemistry, while others span everything including math and engineering. If you want homework help, check a server allows it before joining, since a few ban it outright to keep the tone on research.
