Best Bot Moderation Discord Bots

Bot moderation covers two jobs at once: automating moderation with a bot, and keeping the other bots in your server in line. Tools tagged this way usually mix automod filters and timeout commands with controls that stop unapproved bots and webhooks from posting outside the channels you allow.

Read the permission prompt carefully before inviting one. The work needs Manage Messages, Moderate Members and usually Manage Roles, and a bot asking for Administrator to do that is asking for far more than the job requires. Then check how long action logs are kept, whether raid protection is free, and whether rules can be scoped per channel rather than server-wide.
