About Art Discord servers

Art servers run from open galleries where anyone drops a sketch, to critique-focused rooms with structured feedback rules and channels split by medium: traditional, digital painting, pixel art, 3D, animation and comics. Others are built around a schedule of weekly prompts, drawpiles and portfolio reviews.

Before joining, check whether self-promotion and commission posting are allowed, since many servers separate art sharing from advertising and enforce it strictly. Look at the skill level the room is pitched at, whether AI-generated work is welcome or banned outright, and whether critique is opt-in. That last one matters more than server size.
