YouTube Discord servers are mostly for the people making the videos. Expect channels for feedback on a first upload, thumbnail and title critique, collab hunting, editor and designer hire posts, and long threads about the algorithm that nobody can actually confirm. The good ones ban sub4sub, because it does not work and it gets channels flagged.
The other kind is fan servers: a creator's own community, where uploads get announced, members chat between videos and the creator occasionally shows up. Decide which you want first, because a growth server and a fandom server look alike from the invite page and share almost nothing else.
