About Fun Discord bots
Fun bots generate more messages than anything else you will add, so the first decision is not which bot but where it is allowed to run. Make a bot-commands channel and use the server's Integrations settings to restrict each bot's commands to it — that control is on Discord's side and works regardless of what the bot itself supports.
After that, look at cooldowns and whether games can be limited to one active round per channel. Image and meme commands need Attach Files and Embed Links, and anything still built on a text prefix instead of slash commands depends on the message content intent, which smaller bots increasingly do not have.
