About Utility Discord bots

Utility bots do one small job each, and most servers end up running several. That is fine, but two bots claiming the same slash command name makes the picker ambiguous, so keep an eye on overlap and remove anything you added for a single task and never used again.

The useful question is where your data lives. Custom embeds, reminder queues and poll results usually sit on the bot's own service, which means losing the bot loses the ability to edit them even though the posted messages stay. Prefer tools that ask for narrow permissions in one channel over an all-purpose bot requesting Administrator for a poll command.
