Update: bot listings are live. Browse them at thediscordlist.com/bots or list your bot. The full tour is in Discord bots are now live on TheDiscordList.
When we announced bot listings, we promised bot developers a proper place to showcase their bots, and server owners a better way to compare them. Here is what shipped:
- Bot pages with features, commands, categories, tags, Discord verification status, server count, a support server and a direct Add to Server button.
- Bot-specific browsing: bot categories, bot tags, and filters for server count, Discord verification, premium and NSFW.
- Ownership verification and review. Every bot is reviewed by hand. You can skip the verification step and finish it later, but unverified bots are usually declined.
- Install statistics. Installs are counted when a visitor takes your bot to Discord's install screen, separately from server joins.
- An API to post your server count and command list, plus hosted status pages on Gold and above.
If you were getting a listing ready, everything on the old checklist — your application ID, install link, categories, tags, commands and support server — is exactly what the wizard asks for.
